Computer hardware repair is a delicate and sensitive procedure. With this in mind, this form is to advise you, our valued customers, of the risks involved while repairing both the internal and external sections of your PC or laptop. Our expert team takes every precaution to ensure the safety and health of your equipment while it is entrusted in our possession. However, due to the nature of computer repair, certain unforeseen damages may occur during either the assessment or repair phase. Some examples may include an already very brittle wire crumbling during disassembly, or a faulty battery shorting when being removed from the PC. Incidents such as these will be reported immediately to the computer/hardware owner upon occurrence. Great care will be taken to ensure there are no further damages.

This form is an acknowledgement between you, our customer, and us, Owasso Computer Repair & Shepard Technologies allowing us to do the repairs needed to your computer with full knowledge of the risks involved within the previous paragraph contained on this form. By E-Signing below, you acknowledge an understanding of the risks involved due to the nature of the business.

*Should any damages occur to the computer or the functions thereof, we are not held liable neither financially nor legally for these damages while your equipment is in our possession.*

Whereas—due to the fragile nature of the parts and internal connections associated with computers and laptops, we are morally obligated to professionally advise you of the possible damages or further repairs required as we proceed.
