  • Do you work on printers and scanners?

    We do! However, we only preform network and software repairs and connections to printers and scanners. The vast majority of issues with these devices are usually software related, as such, we do not provide hardware repair for either machine.

  • My Computer is Slow. Can you help?

    Absolutely. PCs slowing down are normally indicitive of a drive failure or a CPU / cooling problerm. We handle several slow PCs every week, and we will be more than happy to get you up to speed!

  • I have an old machine. Do you still work on them?

    We only work on machines that are currently supported by the manufacturer. Currently, these are Windows, 10, Windows 11,  Mac Big Sur, Mac Monterey, and Mac Ventura. We do not work on anything Windows 8, Mac Catalina, or older. This is because continuing to use no longer supported systems is a security risk.

  • I have an alarming message on my computer telling me my machine is locked!

    Don't panic! We get this one a lot. A scammer has given you an aggresive pop up, and is wanting you to call the fake Windows Support number on your screen. Hold down Ctrl + alt + delete all at the same time (Command + Option + Escape for Mac OS), and then click "Task Manager" when your menu comes up. Find your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, etc) and click "End Task." Ta-da! The issue is gone, and they have nothing from you.

  • Do you work on tablets or surfaces?

    We do not, we only work on computers and laptops. We suggest tablets be taken to Phone Dr, located in the Reasor's off of Highway 20.

  • Do you work on video game consoles?

    We do not. We only work on computers and laptops. We suggest that game consoles be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair.

  • Do you recover old VHS footage?

    We do not. We suggest recovery of old media be taken to Moore Reflections here in Owasso.

  • Do you work on Monitors?

    We do not. Normally, a monitor won't be worth the cost to save, and it is better to replace.

  • Do you work on Cell Phones?

    We do not. We reccomend any phone issues be taken over to Rage Phone Repair in Owasso.
